Tucked away in seclusion a short way off the main tourist route, this "jewel" of a campground remains one of the best kept secrets in the Adirondacks.
Camping for tents and RV/trailers with 84 sites, a picnic area with tables and fireplaces, flush toilets, a trailer dump station, and a recycling center.
Boating and Fishing
Boat launch on site and rentals available. Anglers will enjoy fishing for rare brook trout and more common smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, sunfish, yellow perch, brown bullhead, sucker common shiner, and golden shiner.
The park offers nearby trails to Black Bear Mountain, Bug Lake, Eagle Lake, and Eighth Lake. Unmarked trails lead to Shallow Lake and West Mountain. Bicycling is also an option here.
