Tioga Point Campground

A boat access only campground which provides great views of Raquette Lake and the surrounding mountains. This is a state DEC (Dept. of Environmental Conservation) Campground. Camping Fee.


15 lean-tos, 10 tent sites. Picnic tables, fireplaces, outhouses. No potable water available at campground.

Boating and Fishing

Fish present in Raquette Lake: lake trout, brook trout, white fish, smelt, smallmouth bass, sunfish, yellow perch, brown bullhead, sucker, and minnow. Motor boats, rowboats, kayaks, and canoes allowed.

Additional Information

The campground borders the 36,000+ acre Sargent Pond Wild Forest Area which offers many hiking opportunities. The Tioga Point Trail begins within the campground and connects into the larger wild forest trail system.
