This short hike, a seldom used trail along Twitchell Creek, brings you to a very attractive backcountry pond. 

Getting there

From the intersection of Route 28 and Big Moose Road in Inlet, follow Big Moose Road. Continue on Big Moose Road to Twitchell Road and follow it for just over a mile to the trailhead on the left

Hiking

Once on the trail you will start a gentle descent that won't end until you have reached the destination. It's a 1 mile hike, one way.
