Join Rover's Do Over and rescue partners from across the Adirondacks for the inaugural Paws in the Peaks Festival, a one-of-a-kind event benefiting shelter and rescue animals throughout the region.

The day kicks off with our exciting Inflatable Costume Parade through the streets of Inlet! Whether you're rocking an inflatable dinosaur, unicorn, alien, or creating your own masterpiece, come dressed to impress. Awards will be given for:

• Most Creative Costume

• Best Group Costume

• Funniest Costume

• Best Owner & Pet Duo

The parade will start at Arrowhead Park at noon and conclude at Fern Park, where the celebration continues with:

• Food & Beverages

• Kids Activities

• Photo Opportunities

• Raffles & Prizes

• Adoptable Pets

• Vendors & Community Organizations

• Rescue Wall featuring rescued pets

This is a community event designed for all ages - whether you're a dog lover, outdoor enthusiast, local resident, or just looking for a fun summer afternoon in the Adirondacks.

• The Caregiver Support Initiative - non-profit caregiver support program; will provide access to free support services and education for persons caring for individuals with cognitive decline

• Spirit Animal Sanctuary - sanctuary for animals to live out the remainder of their lives

• Lewis County Humane Society - dogs/cats for adoption, as well as clothing fundraiser, raffles

• Health with Haley - grass fed tallow balm (natural skincare), personal training and nutrition coaching for women
