Fire & Spice 2026 is Sunday May 3rd. Doors to the public open at 12:30pm. Cost at the door is $20 and includes admission to the competition for sampling entries, BBQ brisket buffet, and your first margarita.
Live entertainment is provided by Gary Johnson! Margarita specials all day! Award ceremony anticipated around 3-3:30 pm but subject to change based on judges.
To enter the culinary competition:
Contestants must provide their own serving dishes and utensils. Also prepare enough for at least 50 bite sized samples. (Please also provide your own small plates/cups for samples.) Dishes are not only judged on spiciness but also on creativity and presentation, so plan accordingly for the 5-6 judges!
